A product for nicotine removal?

I am soon to move into a new property of which the previous owner has left covered in a heavy coating of yellow nicotine. Can anyone tell me of a good cleaning product that will shift both the stain and smell?

try powder sugar soap which you mix with water ,wear rubber gloves. if its on emulsion painted walls you may need a oil base coat first ,its worked for me,
