Mend Veritas Security System Panel

Tenants moved out and I don't have a code I need to put in a new one?

I have moved into a property and the previous tenants have moved to Hawaii with the USAF the alarm panel is a veritas system and they have not left me a code. I have a manual that does not help me put in a new code at all. It was fitted in 2004. Can you please help me?
