Mend Vokera Compact Heating Radiator Bleed

boiler only heats one radiator?

my vokera compact boiler only heats one radiator in the system I think there might be an air lock how do I fix it ive bled the radiators and it still does this

tried turning off that rad see if it heats elsewhere, could be sludged up. have u bleed the system properly
