Mend Renault Clio Sport 200 Gear Box Help

4th gear crunches on renault Clio sport 200 ?

When changeling gear on my renault Clio sport it crunches in 4th when I go up the box and when I come down the box can anyone help or has anyone have any ideas Wotan up thanks
