Iveco 06 van won't start no power to fuel pump checked fuses?

Iveco van won't start no power to pump, ran bypass straight to pump, pump started humming but van still refused to start
Any ideas

may be immobiliser fault,also have known these vans to jump timing due to slack timing belt,is there any smoke from exhaust when trying to start?
