Mend Citroen Dispatch Switch Fuses Relays

citroen dispatch wont start?

I have a 2006 2.0hdi citroen dispatch wouldnt start rang recovery guy who told me in tank fuel pump needed replaced has been replaced and there is no diifference. have disconnected battery, pushed inertia switch, checked all fuses and relays still wont start still cant hear pump coming on. any ideas?

another update i have just put a new relay in, (the one next to tyhe ecu. still wont start.

update.. just had a guy connect diagnostics tool and it showed up nothing??????

p.s new starter and battery a couple of months ago and the first time it wouldnt start the temp guage was going from bottom to top about three times then stopping so i fitted a new coolant sensor. hope someone can help.
