my van wont start?

It is very difficult to determine your fault,is the motor cranking over ok?flat battery?heater plugs ok?I take it this is not a common rail,have you tried opening up a couple of injector pipes to see if you have fuel delivery up to there,you mentioned your timing,is the timing belt intact?Is it just after the turbo being fitted that it is not starting?You will need to be more detailed in your fault description.
