hoover pure power upright cleaner?

i have had three cylinder cleaners all called pure power... 3000watt all bagless, these screamed too, i returned em one after the other with same symptoms...i could also see in the exhaust if i removed the exhaust filter...was horrifed i saw blue green thunderstorm going on also smelt burning had to open the windows smell so strong! this was after maybe 1 to 2 minutes...
i finaly got full refund, they wanted me to take another i said No!....
so maybe your vacuum cleaner "not fit for the purpose" this is your statutory right! tell em your considering taking it to trading standards!
but please remember your not fighting the manufacturer... only your supplier, (the person that sold it to you!
