My Creda Simplicity 1000 leaves clothes soapy ?

My Creda Simplicity 1000 leaves the clothes soapy. It makes no difference if I use less powder or put fewer clothes in to wash. I have even tried putting it through the same programme again without any soap powder - still comes out soapy. I have to put a few clothes at a time into my spin drier and rinse with several bowls full of water - still not completely free of soapsuds. I have had 2 independent washing machine repair men inspect the m/c. They both say they can find nothing wrong with the m/c. In spite of this problem it does get the clothes clean. Can you help, please?
