Mend Whirlpool RFG297AA Help Refrigerator Freezer

Help Model RFG297AA not cooling?

After a rain strong my refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling.
I unplugged it for several hours and plugged it back in, and still not cooling.
Checked temp setting looks correct.
Is there anything else that I can reset or test.
I am electrical savvy so if there is something I can test
, let me know.
