Sub-Zero 632/F Refrigerator...Freezer Area fine Refrigerator warm?

Our Sub-Zero 632/F Refrigerator is having problems staying at a temperature of 35F in the refrigerator area...the Freezer Area is fine 0F.
I did all the logical stuff...Vacuum condenser, etc.... The refrigerator is side by side, and it has independent compressors for freezer and refrigerator. Need help!!! Thanks in advance,
Luis

I have a similar problem. The condenser is clean the fridge is clean the back is frost free and cool. I have cleaned the door seals and checked the condenser and evap pan the fans all run everything is fine. the freezer works great. Then I leave the freezer door open turn off the refridg and all the sudden after about 20 min of the door being open I close it then the fridge starts working for about a week then we start the process all over. It is ten years old. Any ideas what I should check next.

I am having same issues. Freezer is fine. I called repair guy who astutely immediately removed the white interior back panel to expose the cooling element and only about 5% had frost on it. That frosty area was apparently the only area functioning because the frost itself was an indicator that it was the only area which still contained any coolant. Parts are under warranty (I purchased in 2000) but the labor is not - which I was warned would be somewhat extensive (cutting out old element - brazing in new element - recharging system, etc...) and therefore expensive.
