Suitable eqivalent transformers may be available from UK suppliers such as CPC, RS, Cricklewood Electronics, or Rapid Electronics, but I haven't checked any of the websites concerned. As already stated, provided the voltage and current figures are similar to those of the original, and the physical dimensions are also the same as the original (L44mmW40mmD35mm, with FCs54mm) a transformer from an alternative source should be suitable.

I have in front of me a Greenmaster 5755 Mains Transformer from a Reebok Treadmill, and on the transformer it sates:-
Input 230vac 50/60Hz Red Wires
Output 1 10vac 600mA Black Wires
Outpu 2 17vac 100mA Blue Wires
THe DC resistances of each winding, measured with a M3800DMM are; Input winding 750 ohms 10v Winding 3.8 Ohms, and 17v winding 23 Ohms
The above information may be helpful. The data differs from that given by Kevin for the 110 volt version in May 2013

Well you won't get one here - this is a free help site not an on-line store.

The equipment maker might sell you one ($$$) or you could buy one on line or perhaps from a place like Radio Shack.

You might get a transformer that gives you 12V and 17V or 12 and 18 - which will be close enough. As long as the current rating is as much as the specification or more then it will work.

There is nothing to stop you using two transformers to get the outputs you seek.
