Mend FMTC650WPK Replace Power Tools

Replace cutters on electric planer?

Performance power tools electric planer model FMTC650WPK. How do I replace the two cutter blades. Two spares are included with planer. I tried using an Allen key to remove the studs next to the blades but nothing moves.

Use the little spanner provided to undo the three locking nuts, this will loosen the block holding the blades in place. Slide out the blades then insert new ones and tighten the three nuts again.
