Mend Iveco 2005 Model Hard Starting

Iveco 2005 uk model hard starting? ?

My iveco 2005 model only start after cranking for a longtime at first. Now it wont start. I have tried hill starting but it still wont or i have to push it for 4 hours. What would be the cause? Please help fixing it.
