Fisher Paykel dryer ED54 U after many years of operation will not start?

I have studied F&P parts manual to try and determine part which may be problem I the startup of unit.
I my first thought would be to start with PCB complete ED 56 MK2
Would appreciate expert thoughts on how one goes about debugging start up problem
