Replace the bearing and fix the bearing plate back on to the inside of the drum. Place the bolt through the circular plate and then the smaller spacer on to the bolt with the raised lip facing the bearing. Put the plate, bolt & spacer on to the bearing & use some tape to hold in place. Tip drum over & place the larger spacer over the bolt with the raised lip again toward the bearing. Then the heater plate and the lock nut.
