Mend Beko AP930 Side Problem

Beko Frost/Free side by side model AP930?

Problem, the water & ice cube dispenser does not operate. The cause maybe bottom section of fridge crisper/chiller & vegetables is too cold, it freezes even with temp. setting of +8. Please would you kindly help?
