Mend Hoover Nextra 8 Turn Help Start Making

hoover nextra 8 tumble drier wont turn on?

Hi can anyone help please? My tumble dryer will not start and is continuously making the loud rumble noise it usually makes for a few seconds before it turns on after the start button has been pressed.
There is also a sound like water is trying to get emptied.
It started doing this after the water container was left to get full.
