Mend Honda Izy Loose Cable Mower

Loose clutch cable on Honda Izy?

Hi, I lost forward power on my sp Izy mower and found the belt had come off the pulleys. This was easy enough to refit but I've now found the clutch/drive cable is slack and unresponsive on the handlebar. Is it a case of re-tensioning and if so where do I adjust it?
