Hi Klaus, think this problem started when you replaced the fuel filter,it sounds as if you are getting air into the fuel lines,I think there are two different types of filter on these, one is an oval with a clamp to secure the top after the filter is replaced, the other is a round filter which turns 90degrees to change the filter, did you dislodge a seal or are the lids when refitting getting a good seal?you usually get new seals with a new filter so would make sure the filter is fitted correctly and seals are in place correctly also,if there is a hand primer them prime until you get a good flow of diesel through the bleeder,if not fill with clean diesel,it may be a co incidence that the problem occurred after changing the filter but would start there for a look.good luck.
