morphyrichards intelidome steam iron?

morphyrichards model 42236 intelidome steam iron keeps emitting continuous steam as soon as it is up to temperature when you press the steam button you get the full pressure of steam but let it go and it keeps a low pressure of steam flowing i can hear the solenoid valve clicking on and off so i think it must not be closing shut properly is there anyone who has had this problem or knows where to get a new valve from or can offer a quick fix.
