Hi Shirley, my Dishlex Global 500 did exactly the same thing to me last week and I followed the advice that I received online from this site. I disconnected the power and pipes, slid it out towards me and gently laid it on its side (to your left as you face it). Left it a few minutes (mopped up the little bit of water that I could see underneath) then picked it back up and re-connected. Voila! No loud motor noise or "oF" light. I then took out the bottom rack and with a torch and screwdriver in hand, I undid everything that I could inside, gave pieces a bit of a clean, felt around inside the drainage hole (found a plastic bag metal tie!!), put it all back together and IT WORKS!! Whole process took less than 20 minutes. Give it a go, you've nothing to lose.
