Mend Candy CR01 Door Close Lock

cr01 Outer Door will not close?

Hi I have a cr01 flowcheck the machine keeps telling me to close the outer door but it will not close. I think the lock has stayed on hence not being able to put the door into the lock does anyone know how to get the lock to release?
