The outer door lock on my Dyson CR01 is locked but door is open?

My dyson washing machine outer door won't lock I close it but no luck does any one know how to fix it or any one who does

If your machine is still sort of ok, there is a flat bladed screw hidden behind the washing powder draw. Just slide it out and remove. You should then see the backup door lock, turning this with a big flat bladed screw driver, should -hopefully release the door lock assy.
I have removed my door lock from the outer door and just left it stuck in the switch all of the time. While it is a little dangerous, it makes access much easier.
