Mend Laufen Sound Loud Noise Problem

Laufen Cistern noises?

I have a hissing sound in the laufen toilet cistern followed on by a very loud groaning noise. Can anyone tell me what the the problem is. It also appears that there may be a leak as there is a slight trickle of water into the toilet. Please help.
