Mend Ravensheat RFF 820/20 Combi Boiler Heating System Issue

Ravensheat RFF 820/20.DOMESTIC HOT WATER ONLY WORKS WHEN HEATING IS ON?

My combi boiler only supplies hot water to the taps when the Radiator system is switched on.
Anyone any ideas what could be wrong.
