Mend Kubota L2600DT Starter Checked Battery

kubota L2600DT- no start-no power to dash, starter, etc--?

have checked new battery -terminals secure, 40 amp main fuse is new & verified ok with other 40 amp fuse. no fuses blown in fuse box.
nothing happens when i turn on the key.
i jiggle the turtle-rabbit lever-still nothing.
the pto--nothing-when engaged or not.
-the flashers work, but nothing else electrically.
