Mend DAF 45/150 Problems 2004 Problem

starting problems with daf 45/150 2004?

Intermittent starting problem , no contact at pos 3 turn of key. It has had a new starter motor fitted, had the neutral switch bypassed, alternator checked, full battery power. Lap top has been used on it once , and it showed no fault. It starts about 5 times out of 10 , been going on like this for months. Any suggestions please ???
