Mend Opel Zafira 1.8 Petrol Car Runs

opel zafira 1.8 petrol ?

when i start the car from cold,it only runs on 2or 3 cylinders,when warmed up runs ok,have changed plugs and coil pack,still the same,the fault code is po 170 fuel bank #1?,any ideas
