grant vortex eco system 12-16, no power!!?

can anyone please tell me what to do as i have no heating & just dont know where to turn!! had to call my landlord out 3days ago as the boiler stopped, got problem fixed, now again y.day a new problem and now the whole boiler has no power even a light to the on/off swicth!! there is plenty of oil in the tank, and it was all working fine again yday a.m then l8 eve it just all went off, there was no light on the power switch can anyone help me as to what 2do asap please.
