Mend Scenic 2002 Turn Ignition Button

My heating won't turn off!! Scenic, 2002?

As soon as I turn the ignition on the fan comes on & will not turn off. Whatever button I press, hold or hit the damn thing will not turn off. I have even taken the fuse out & still it blows!!
