how to fix car alarm honda civic type r 2004?

i jump started my 2004 honda civic type r started fine but alarm kept sounding off remotes dont work .by turning ignition on and pushing remote repeating this 4 times alarm resets .remotes wont lock doors or turn alarm on but if i lock doors with key alarm sets and central locking is ok but soon as unlock doors alarm sounds until you repeat ignition and button pushing 4 times help please
