how can i fix the heaters for both washer and dryer on my Candy cmd146 ?

ideally you need a meter to check the elements for continuity, ie that the elements are not blown, normally it is a stat that has gone open circuit in the dryer rather than an element and more often than not caused by the operator switching machine off while still heating ,i wouldnt think the water heating element is faulty as it wouldnt go through on temp.
