Mend Sony KDF-50E Turn Red Green

KDF-50e wont turn on?

my tv has recently turned off it use to flash red light on front now it tries to turn on green light sits and flashes then after a few mins 2 red lights appear one stay on and one flashes...but tv still wont show a picture
