Warning lights?

I have a mondeo tdci and recently the curly light as been flashing .so I cleaned the egr valve and was running fine until yesterday wen it started flashing again so cleaned egr again then fine for a hour the it started flashing again and then the engine manegment light as now come on and as gone in to limp mode and running rough
