iHow can i fix my 10/16 boiler?

Please do you have a wiring plan for connections on to the Boiler control circuit board, as this as just been replaced, and since then the boiler is on most of the time,BUT no lights appear on the time clock. Have tried resetting the clock, but i am getting strong burning smell coming from the clock. Could the control board be wired up wrong, bypassing the clock.
