Omega 5?

Hi I stupidly set our alarm off by mistake and in a panic pushed the wrong keys,it's showing E.Can someone please tell me how to get back to day or reset it.

Try pressing # key it should return to day mode,

When it exits from programming and back to "d" (day mode), make sure you fully test the system and get the user manual.
