Premia 9 Alarm box cannot reset?

Same here. Stuck on code 11. Would love a solution!

Error code 11 is not in the System Manager Guide so I dont know what it is. However, I had similar problems with keypad buttons that stopped working. I switched off the power, opened the panel and disconnected the battery. On replacing the battery (which was my issue) the keypad came back to life.
