Mend Siemens S46-51 Dryer Clothes Mins

How can i fix siemens dryer s46-51. ?

It keeps heating clothes and not drying them. It beeps after approx 15-20 mins into cycle flashing water sign i think. Condenser not full. Cleaned filter. Any ideas? Thanks
