It has worked fine until recently, now it struggles to provide heat and hot water simultaneously. The flame goes on and off while the taps on so the water flows hot and cold.
Any idea wrong with it?
Also, does anyone have an instruction manual for the thing?

I am having a similar problem, when my heating is on my hot water isn't great. And I can't find a manual anywhere either - could I get a scanned copy if possible? kathryn.burnett@iwcmedia.co.uk.
