Mend PABL DW602bi Dishwasher Pcb Flashing

I have a PABL DW602bi dishwasher that works but does not heat? ?

i have a PABL DW602bi dishwasher which works but does not heat the water or dry at the end of its cycle?
Also the LED'S are flashing? i have changed the main PCB plus LED's (the heater worked before i changed this)?

any ideas? do i have to reset the system some how?
