hotpoint bf1620 1st two leds flashing?

my dishwasher has stopped working, the first two leds (4 in total) flash and unable select. powered off several times and managed to get program selected but then stopped with water and suds leaking from beneath door, have changed the pcb previously but at 80 quid an expensive repair,can anyone please confirm fault code
