what turbo do i have ?

i have a vauxhall vivaro 2004 /2700 dti swb panel van, i have had from new could someone tell me what type or model turbocharger i have fitted. i need to get a oil feed adapter connects the turbo to the oil feed pipe . thanks for any help..
