It looks like you have some clogging.

Check the lint filter.
Remove the lint filter and remove as much lint as you can from the exaust conduit. You can use a vacuum cleaner.
You may need to pull the dryer, remove the exaust tube from the back to remove all dust and lint.
Make sure that all tubing is intact and not crushed anywhere. You may need to replace the flexible tube if it's damaged.
Check the exaust vent outside. Make sure there is nothing blocking it. Remove any obstruction found.
