Mend Triton 80i Shower Temperature Flow

I have a Trito 80i shower. I have to keep increase the temp. controller?

I have a Triton 80i shower. Over time I have had to increase the temperature controller to get the same temperature water and with each increase the flow gets less, what should I do?
