AWZ8477 6th sense condenser dryer, ?

My AWZ8477 whirlpool dryer when i turn it on has all the lights on , the 3 green ones and the other 3 red ones(filter clean, water bottle empty & exchanger clean) all flash red, anyone know what the fault is and how i can rectify it, if at all? as it wont work .
