how do it fix the window alarm connection?

i have an old ranger american alarm system. everything works except for 2 windows. the red light continually shows indicating a lost connection (apparently). i can bypass the 2 rooms and have the system work

From the manual "this method will be difficult except for the most experienced programmer".
