Mend Hotpoint HE63X Cooker Switch Fan

How can I fix my Hotpoint HE63X cooker Hood?

The light switch on my cooker hood is brocken although the fan still works. How do I get into the area where the switch contrls are? It seems to be retained by rivets or are they alen bolts? Can a replacement switch be bought?
