Mend Honda Problems Started Switch

i have a honda genarator had problems with it found out it was the caborato?

i have a honda genarator had problems with it finaly after cleaning out cabarotor started for a while then the electric switch would not start so i basicly by passed switch and as u would say hot wired it and put in switch on positive now after it starting first time on switch for week switch off as normal and now will turn but not start checked cab and also spark plug ok but petrol coming out of air filter snd on spark plug
