Mend Zanussi ZWF 12080 Washing Machine Cycle Soap

whats wrong with my Zanussi washing machine ?

When my zanussi zwf 12080 washing machine is boiling cycle steam comes from the soap dispenser and the machine is very hot .It only started to do this when i replaced the heater element .
Any help please.
